How We Work
To put together the right package for you we carry out a full analysis of your individual requirements and decide how we can best deliver them to you.
Included in your proposal is a suggested schedule of planned visits including the details of tasks that are typically carried out and how the quality of work is ensured.
Risk Assessments are completed, Personal Protective Equipment is provided as appropriate and Method Statements are created for all tasks.
Hospitals
At Total Services, one of our strongest attributes is to stop, look and document.
We service the Birmingham Children's Hospital and the Royal Orthapedic Hospital, and to walk up to these are large, complicated and unfamiliar buildings, so we apply our stop, look and document practice. This, in a nut shell, is don't panic, walk through the task and write up the cleaning schedule, and with many hospitals being City Centre based and fumes and general grime - our 75°c hot wash is tried and tested to wash it off.
These 3 practices allow us to deliver, to you the customer, a see through and manageable window cleaning service.
